is a contractor.. but they do provide perspective drawings for my kitchen.. the quote i got was considered the lowest of all that i went to.. maybe because it was recommended by my fren..

well, i do agree with him to a certain extent.. as compared to the house that i bought, he has really made a great difference.. i'm sure he'll give u a reasonable quote.. if the quote he gave is over ur budget, tell him frankly what is the amt u intend and he will work out with u, by taking out some of the optional items..

- ceremic wall tiles for kitchen, toilet and bathrm (including behind kitchen cabinet)
- Kitchen cabinet for top and bottom (total 20.5 ft)
- Kitchen cabinet, washer and fridge base
- Re-wire house house
- Plaster whole house
- Paint whole house
- Sliding Door in btw. kitchen and living
- Bedrm doors and main door and wrought iron gate
- toilet and bathrm bifold doors
- Instant water heater, W.C., hob and hood, kitchen sink

hi pYiP, the shoerack is wall mounted and comes with 21 (i dunno why it was odd-numbered) shoetrees, where u can insert them into each shoe and then hang them on the brackets on the rack.. hope my description is not too difficult to visualize.. if i got the time and energy, i'll take a closer picture and post here..

hi. do u guys think it's possible to renovate a kitchen for less than $5K? my kitchen is about 4.5m by 3.2m, 3-room flat. here's what i want to do:

1. Hack existing kitchen floor tiles & wall tiles
2. Hack sink support
3. Remove existing kitchen cabinet
4. Do plastering for the walls
5. Lay ceramic tiles (probably the cheapest ones)
6. Construct sink support

i would most probably not built those kitchen cabinets and instead use those 'normal' cabinets as a substitute. thanks.

hihi andy, i've sent u an email with all the info that u asked for.. i would recommend pantech (opp lakeside mrt station) for lightings and eng soon huat (jln besar) for toilet accessories.. do shop ard for more options before u decide.. u may not want to get everything from just 1 shop..
