$20k for 3 room resale flat? Possible?

Im getting keys next week for my 3-room resale HDB flat. Is there anyone can recommend a good ID or contractor with a good price? Budget only 20k....

Errr...i think yr budget is very tight. My fren recently did reno for new 4-room flat at $32k.

actaully to me 20k can do wonders if u manage it well and it can look good. depend on what u like, you can play w colors. we play w colors (monotone - white grey and cappucino) and create effect w lights. i share some pics online. hope u can find some ideas

hmm.. 20k is do-able. but maybe painting etc have to DIY. and more often simple is more. my cousin's new flat is simple but elegant
