Hi all BTB,

Is it normal for hotels to only reach out to us 10 weeks before the AD to settle the venue, food tasting etc?

As I will need to prepare my invitation card (hotels design isn’t what I’m looking at), I am printing from other vendors, is it ok to send out invitation cards 2 months in advance from AD?

Why not!! I thought earlier better so people can book their time. I understand timeline is usually 3 months in advance.
