Have went down to GWP.. I have around 25 to 28 tables. I will be taking the big ballroom at GWP.
(Windsor ballroom) The stairs to the ballroom will be decorate with rose petals and candle.. ( super love ) considering to sign with GWP..
That's great! Very romantic feel to it. Cos my group size is 20 tables, so the smaller ballroom has a low ceiling which my HTB doesn't like. You got your actual day photography and videography already? Any recommendations? Haha.

Just watched some of their videos. Not bad eh! Their price is like the cheapest I've seen so far. Will you be considering this as well?

I will be using them. As my colleagues & cousins engage them before. I saw their photo & video as well. I can say is good
Yup their videos are not bad n the price is very competitive I must say. Did your colleagues n cousins mention that they are nice to work with? Im just worried.. i read before that some photographers will just totally MIA on yr AD and they send in some freelancers instead.I will be using them. As my colleagues & cousins engage them before. As in the principle photographer will MIA and send others on actual day instead ah? Omg.
Yea.. people engage cos of the chief photographer.. in the end he completely didnt turn up.. also heard from my friends that some photographers turned up late or slacking away during the ceremony... so i am v concerned with all this haha.. its impt to engage someone who is responsible.. n not add to our stress on the AD haha.. *headache*

That's so not professional! Yeah haha we have enough to stress about, like looking pretty on that day! Can't seem to find any reviews online though. We wait for the review from the lady!

My wedding sept 2016.
My colleague wedding : I'm one of the bridesmaid.
My cousin wedding : 2 of my cousins used them.
I find that the photographer and videographer are friendly. No show black face.
U can short listed a few & choose the one U like most.
You may wish to checkout Four Seasons, where my wedding lunch banquet will be held this Dec. The banquet is prepared from the chefs of their Cantonese restaurant, Jiang Nan Chun
the food from the restaurant is great! Hopefully the banquet is as good too heheHi I engaged 5 art studio. Signed up with them during bows. Very friendly people!

Some popular pg and vg are booked quite in advance. So once you get your venue. Quickly source the vg and pg.

Oh yes I saw them during the BOWS event too. Haha. I think their photography is not bad. Do you know what is their ala carte price for photography? My htb's cousin used then for their wedding.

Hi all BTBs, anyone went for M hotel in-house showcase yesterday? Heard that they will be increasing their price for next yr.
Me! My wedding is late oct 2016
but i didnt sign during the showcase.. we went back like 2 wks after hahaHi Magliew, I am currently shortlisting rendezvous hotel for my AD, they have a wedding show on the 20 June, you may want to sign up and have a look.

as we will be getting our house before the customary so we will be moving in 1-2 months before the AD. Understand that on the AD, a small boy needs to roll on the bed but we need to go to my hubby's house to pay respect to his ancestor tablets and will be serving teas at his place then go back to my place. Hence, I am confuse about the "An Chuan" issue.

Hi, from what I know, An Chuan is to be done a few days before your actual wedding. Once you An Chuan, do not touch the stuffs on the bed till after wedding you all sleep.

Slightly expensive compare to Singapore bridal shops but I believe it is worthy. I'm sad to let go as my partner shifted his work in America next year, so we decided to take our pre wedding pics in USA instead of Taiwan, yet the expiry is in 2018. The bridal shop called La Fatte with price $2688. Reasonable price, they sell at common price for $3688. Otherwise, you may not get this price. Have been talked with the bridal shop, they said we can just change the new couples name will do for the changes of ownership. Anyone of you if interested, may PM me through my email address : [email protected].

Hello! I went to check out Conrad before maybe like 2 mths back. My date in oct 2016 was alr taken. They were quite packed alr.. n offered us april 2016 (qing ming period) which is probably why it was still available.. the coordinator also told us that a couple which wedding date was in Jan 2017 has just placed deposit w them too. I guess for Conrad.. shld book them 2 yrs in advanceAnyone looking to book Conrad for 2016? I'm trying to finalize my package over the next few days but all the dates I'm looking at alr on wait list
I checked out pickering before too! Its quite nice i like the recep area.. u can hv the whole place to yrself. However the room which they provide for solemnisation/tea ceremony is too small.. n response from the coordinator is nt v prompt..

the few dates we have in mind for mid 2016 is already taken/on waitlist. however after a few days of viewing the venue, i'm still thinking about it. quite like the whole feel of the hotel as compared to all the rest i've viewed. thou parkroyal's wedding floral / decor doesn't seem that nice.. probably need to top-up for additional florals.
not holding my solemnisation/tea ceremony there so i didn't view the room..
We liaise with Ms Nur a malay lady. She's pleasant.. just that overall there is some lapse in response time. Yea we did ask abt floral arrangement.. she did say it can be arranged with their vendor at our own cost..
