seletar comes across as very pushy. My sis used them about 7-8 years back. Quite normal only. Nothing fantastic.. can bargain for more on top of their package price they show..
Digio my friend didn't have a good experience there as the wedding consultant left and she was left helpless..
My two cents.. maybe others might have better reviews.

Was pulled in by Seletar Broadway during one of their roadshow at Suntec last week. Agreed that they are quite pushy, and they throw in lots of stuff, but no brothers' coat & bridesmaids' dress, and clothes for pageboy & flower girl
Intend to check out digio cuz of their gowns, but see quite a few bad unpleasant review online.
Any good BS to introduce along Tanjong Pagar ?

I don't think many studios rent you flower girls and pageboy outfits. I think it's cheaper to buy from OG or BHG.. I also doubt they rent brothers jackets and bridesmaid dresses. Maybe if it's for 1 person can still consider.. but a large group I doubt.
There are quite a large number of bridal studios in tanjong pagar.. but the prices vary also.. so I depends on your budget.

Usually is 3mths before. But the popular ones are often being booked early.. depends on the solemnizer too. Some will want you to go back to them 3mths before.

It will be better if you have a confirmed date, if not they can't advise you on their avalibility. Even so, things may crop up along the way and they may not be able to solemnise the wedding on your requested date. Do keep your fingers crossed!
If you are holding your solemnisation outside of Registry Of Marriage @ Fort Canning then you would already have the confirmed date to source for the solemniser.

Hi I have booked 12 loves for my wedding in Nov 2015. I'm attracted to the pricing and my friend who engaged them for her wedding gave positive reviews.
I met kevin last month to look thru the portfolio and he's really a cheerful and positive guy! Puts us at ease.

I started planning since last year and my wedding is only Oct 2016.
It all depends on each individual whether you want to pace yourself out so that you have more time to plan and research and relax along the way.

Yes totally agree! I need to travel often so I hav to plan early. I got almost everything planned except where to get flowers n wedding cards.

Package is $1488 with video and photographer. 9 hours. They having promotion.
Hi Meiling and tulipkiss, they don have package. I sign for 2 dresses. The main bridal gown and the evening dress. Total up to about 12-15k depending on the details like the sequins and bearings and crystals I wan to put on both my dresses.
As for photography I sign with the galeria n videography shud be with yang the substances film. A lot of my frenz engaged them n they are very friendly

Hi, we got our wedding band from Ling Jewellery, very nice! by appointment only, located at 100AM, they will be more than happy to serve you as they got more time to do. You can also self design your own wedding band too and the sales people is not very pushy kind too....give it a try!

I went to a few bridal studios such a rico a mona, digio, z wedding, amanda lee and silhouette the atelier. Apparently rico a mona and digio are sisters company.
I love rico a mona gowns, they looked new and nicely displayed. Prices seemed reasonable too. About $4k with 1 actual day off the rack bridal gown, evening gown, and 4 gowns for pre wedding shoot (2 pcs are actual day gown), flowers, mua, tea dress, flowers, groom suit for rental etc.
I also checked with them how much does it cost if I were to rent just 4 gowns for my wedding as I intend to look for my own florist and photograper. They quoted me approx $3.1k for 4 gowns (2 from new collection, 2 from old collection)
Later, I went to Digio to check out the gown rental rates. They quoted me initially $2800 for 1 bridal gown (for 2 usage - pre wedding and actual day). After a bit of negotiation they reduce the price to $1800. I felt a little uncomfortable on how drastic they can adjust their pricing.
For amanda lee and silhouette the atelier, it was more exclusive but prices are also abit higher. Once you cho0se the gowns, they will keep it for you until your wedding day, meaning no other brides can wear it until after your wedding. They also use more well known photographers in their packages like lighted pixels, tiny dot photography etc.
Please also note that photography in the packages are usually only 20-30 pictures. Which seemed really little to fill up an album. 1 Additional pic will cost about $80 so do take note of that!

We are trying to find the couple who wishes to hold their wedding on 17/1/2015 at Hort Park... and wanted to book the venue the night before for preparation.
We are going to have our wedding on 16/1 and is planning to do a full day booking. (8am to 10pm). However, as we are only having a lunch-tea wedding, we will be done around 6pm.
It will be mutually beneficial if we can work out a co-sharing and cost savings agreement! But first we have to find you =)

They already did on 1 April =) we saw about 15 couples on that morning.. so better book early since there isnt that many weekends left! We booked 16/1/2016 and is still looking for the couple who booked or wants to book 17/1 for some co-sharing to deflate cost!Hello 2016 btbs! Anyone know when hortpark will open the dates for 2016?

wah so fast? Mine is in Jan 16, and nothing much has been done yet. Photoshoot only in July. Any recommendations of unique venues for shoot?

It really depends on individual.. Some book venues first.. Some book bridal studio first. But I think the most important is have a date and work from there as without a date.. It's hard to settle anything. And if you choose a hot date.. you will need to book a lot of things quick cos many other brides might also be booking the same thing as you.
