we are having it in Carlton.

Preparation so far (finger crossed) still ok. Only did not expect so much things to do. some of the stuff is hair tearing. haha

How r you getting along with your preparation?

i'm in the midst of doing up the invitation cards.

yet to finalise on guest list and table arrangements

PS all done. waiting for collection.

the rest will be the traditional stuff, ang bao etc

been slacking alot for the preparation. hope all is well

Must tell yrself all b fine so will not get stress as date is nearing. U are way much better then me. I have not even have a first draft on the guest list and table arrangement. Not to mention the invitation cards. Still have not print the insert

my hub is intending to give out the invitation cards during CNY, hence we are quite in a rush to get it done as the inserts take 10 days to print.

does ur hotel charge for the insert?

Hi Gem, earlier on was planning on the 10 March. however now changed the date to 25 Feb. so far only book the banquet. going to start sourcing and asking for recommendations for all the other necessary stuffs asap le.. how bout you?

piggylove, yes. think its a good idea to pass to them during cny since its like all at a go! save time, save hassle!! haha!

@Piggylove - Our hotel refer us to an external printing company. Am looking forward to the wedding cards as they have just changed to a new design

It is a very good idea to distribute your wedding cards during CNY.

@Gem - We would be on the same date of 10 March if you have not changed to 25 Feb )
I have only booked my banquet and hoping to confirm my bridal by this week. The rest my HB and I are still trying to work it out. hope all will be on time and works out fine.

And anyone's a cantonese bride or wanna share wedding ideas? we are going for a thematic wedding with a candy buffet that we prepared from Melbourne (personalised since most of our friends haven't really seen us much in the past 7-8 years; maybe every 1 year, meet up once?)

My HTB is hokkien and to be honest, we are like 0.0.
Booked with Rendezvous last year in June before their renovation was done. Hopefully everything is ok!
