2011 Banquets - When will prices be out?

Hi,
I'm looking at mid-2011 for customary... normally when will package prices be out for 2011?

So far only Crowne Plaza Changi Airport have prices to Mar 2011.

I'm looking for the packages too, but what I did is to email the hotels I've shortlisted and they will reply rather promptly, as of now, most are not open for booking yet..

I'm look for 2011 dates too. Think hardly any pricing for 2011 are out. I've called up quite some hotels. Most will have the pricings out by Dec - 1st qtr 2010.

There's quite some wedding shows held by individual hotels in Oct. Not sure if they'll let us do a "pre-book"

Orchard hotel rate is out and valid till 31 May 2011. There'll having a wedding show on 8 Oct 09.

hi ladies!

am also looking around for 2011 pricelist too. planning to hold my AD on our 2nd anniversary in mid June. most hotels that I've contacted could only offer 2010's pricelist. Regent did quote me for 2011 but I think it'll probably be subject to change too. meanwhile just attending the wedding shows to see the ballrooms. then start enquiring again from dec onwards. i can't rem which hotel was it that said the pricelist will be out from Feb 2010 onwards.

Jessie, there is a thread on wedding shows, or u can look at the venues listed in the singaporebrides banquet/fine dining page. If that venue has a promo or event, it would be listed.

Swissotel Merchant Court

Furama Riverfront and Regent already have their 2011 pricing out. Regent weekends only.

Actually it's not very difficult to individually email the hotels to ask for the pricing. The hotels will reply promptly usually.
I can't imagine who will always be so free to constantly compile and send out the pricing list..
So, just google for the hotel website and send an email and you'll get an answer usually within a few days. At least someone has mention some of the hotels with 2011 pricing already.

Some hotels 2011 list out liao, others out till 1stQ 2011, and then others will only be out next year. Varies..

Just drop the hotels an email.. they usually reply v promptly!

Or if u have some hotels shortlisted, you can request for them to keep you in their email loop (to drop you an email when the pricelist is out)

Wayne >> Check out Tung Lok Noble House, QianXi grounp of restaurants. Peony Jade Keppel Club also have space. You can also consider Peach Garden @ Orchid Country Club.

March should be quite a busy month for BTBs, cuz a lot of the hotels I've spoke to told me that their full package for 2011 will be out then.

Hotels frankly quite hard to get below $850 nett for weekends. You can try with York Hotel, Copthorne King's, Copthorne Orchid, HOtel Grand Central.

My mum just attended a wedding there and mentioned that the food is not bad. Why I am not considering it is cuz their ballroom is too big for me.

Recently attended a wedding at Grand Copthorne Waterfront and the food was good

Kass, GCW has a few ballrooms suited for different number of tables, smallest one is 10~16 tables, still too big for you? The one i went recently is for 20+ tables.

Oh, I only like the main ballroom. That's why.

And I don't think they are that cheap and accessibility may be an issue since Havelock Road not really v near MRT station.

Heard Grand Copthorne has a nice back view, facing the river i think.
And their service seems to be bad, read some views from a blog.
But there arent many hotels that cost between $600-$800/table...

Leo, is it...? So far from what i heard and for the weddings i went, Grand Copthorne Waterfront service has been good.

However, even their weekday rate is above $800 per table, weekend is above 1k... it's not $600-800 leh.

@Ellen: Thanks for the clarification. I heard the prices from a friend so it is not confirmed.

But I have the 2011 price lists for:
Raffles Marina
Singapore Yacht Club

Anyone has any views for wedding dinner @Raffles Hotel? Judging from the 2010 prices, they are around $1100-$1200/table range for weekend dinner.

It was one of the hotels I was considering but I dropped the idea because the cocktail area wasn't air-conditioned and I didn't want my guests to feel warm before dinner.

I'm not sure if it's 1100-1200 for weekend dinner though because after GST and service charge, it works out to be about 1300+?
