another question, I'm guessing that we need the car the day before the wedding day and return the day after the wedding right? Need to decorate the night before and can only return when we're fresh awake the next day. Did i miss out anything?

pai sei pai sei.. just read the rental page again, driver provided so we can don't care about when the return... so basically they will go pick up the groom and then over to my side, and back again only lor... sounds convenient and relaxing hor...

Anticipate> hmmm...if u are getting the car from the company inclusive of driver, then u will need to collect the car like 1 day before and deco it... the bears etc u can tie it up on the morning itself (by the groom of course)...

if you are getting a car from a BS, then they will help u decorate (based on your choice of flowers/netting etc) and then on the morning itself, the groom will just pass the bears/soft toys to the driver for tie up before driving to the bride's place

....

for the returning of the bridal car, it depends on indiv policy

yah, i agree with cat. it's all up to the couple. usually the cake is served as dessert, or with the dessert. those that don't get the cake will still have the standard dessert so i don't think they will complain. usually no one will "gian" the cake, i think.

J & J, I signed up with mydreamwedding but I requested to take my pictures in 2 place, Macau and Hong Kong. I think the scenery is great. It's kind of different from SG. And Aloha doesn't allow us to hold wedding there even though we book as member of public. I seriously don't understand.. What's the difference to them between a birthday party and wedding..

hiyo... sotong me... i just checked with my bf and he told me the car that he rented previously was not $800 but $500 for 2 days. Which actually means it's cheaper.

Erin - you might want to check out the normal car rental shop on the car that you want and rent it for 2-3 days, probably cost the same as those bridal car site. Search around for more quotes.

I'm going to throw that bit to my bf cos I know nothing about it. hehe...

When we had our solemnization, the rain stop. I was quite disaapointed initially as the poolside was the reason why people chose there for ROM but it turn out that the weather was very hot during our solemnization so our guests actually enjoyed the air-con in the banquet room! I went to my friend's AD lunch held at CVH, i like the ang bao box etc provided by the hotel. I like the bridal suite we had too which came with the ROM package, they even have the bedsheet with the wedding theme, you can check out my multiply
