Hey blurblur, collagen is the main protein of teh human connective tissue, the matrix in our bones, mucles and tissues, holding our body together. Also know as "skin scaffolding".
You can buy it as pills of liquid form. It helps to repair & norish skin's damaged layers, improve skin moisture, testure, lighten spots, freckles, wrinkles, etc.
I think i'm getting it one month before my AD.
I just get to know a Japan brand that was told better than fancl and it contains CoQ10 and 5000mg of collagen. Cost abt $150 a bottle can last 1 month, cheaper than fancl, GNC.

hehe... now i wash my inner with hand.. then put one side... let my inlaw put into machine to wash.. together with other clothing lol...

me still dun noe yet,cos after my ad i straigth go for my honey moon already,then when back in spore,will go back to my mum place until quite late then go back,keke, now my problem is washing clothes,hubby hse washing machine is not link to tape.everytime when wan to wash must manually go and install..and mother in law put alot of thing on top of the machine,aiyo think of using using machine already tire leh,then i only use once wif the help of hubby,after back frm tour cos really alot of clothing after seven days tour,then these few days i use hand wash loh,haiz.but sianz leh.

oh ya machine will spoilt bra leh,juz hand wash n let it dry naturally ,think should be fine dun need machine wash.
kaye, my office building is those HDB 6-storey high type.. not very old.. only 3 years+ only. When I left my office at 615pm, power not restored yet.. but my neighbours one restored. The HDB officer came & tell me some thing exploded, causing the power failure, so now they are tapping the electrical supply one unit by one unit for us. Sigh.. I hope tomorrow when I go to work, it'll be ok.
So daring to do scrapbooking in the office.. play comp games or chat on msn.. still not so bad.. but scrapbooking is really 'open' leh.. when I do my scrapbooking at home, my whole table strewn with cuttings & stuff..

suelynn, i was in USA for abt 2 weeks, the trip was abt 6K for two person and our spending another 4K...
hhhmmm it was quite a good time to go in summer cos the days are longer and weather is good.. =)
haiz.. even though spend so much for honeymoon, i can't help thinking of my next trip.. but dunno when it will be.... hahaha
