daphne...ya 10 jan is a holiday... i am holding a small scale wedding...inviting mostly relatives... they shld be coming... friends... i invited close friends... even colleagues also a few close ones...so they shld b coming... not coming oredi told me beforehand...
i learn from experience from friends...they invited so many friends...in the end... those who nvr turn up also the friends...relatives usually give face one... its the friends who fly kite...

another thing is, my in-laws, especially my mother in law is quite hard to handle, she is nice to me and all but I feel that she's not being fair cuz when she told me what she wanted to give me for dowry I felt as if she's treating me like a 2nd class citizen....saying things like chin chai can already. anyone had this similar experience?

caterers..caitlyn, we have a fren doing it, family biz so we will chope him again for AD lor. we tried it out for our rom too so no prob with food. but theirs is the typical chinese catering type so dun have fancy decor and stuff. 'hei chou' (prawn ball) is one of their signature dish.

jam75 - i think at midpoint orchard, there's a shop called suvin's tt does it very well.. but a bit costly. i've ever done there and at little india.. at suvin's it's 12 bucks and little india it's 5.. but i find tt at suvin's, they're more detailed and it hurts more but can last for abt 2wks before even start to grow back a bit.. hee
