Just some thots on the impact of sars on our wedding dinners... most hotels would levy a fee for cancelled or postphoned wedding dinners as it represents a loss of revenue for that night. This fee can be quite hefty. Rather than postphone or cancel the dinner, why don't we consider asking the hotels to take more precautions and minimise the risk of infection? For instance, the food can be served in individual portions or every dish should have a separate serving fork/spoon etc. Talk to our hotels. I believe they should have made some contingency plans on how to address sars.
