The noise is caused by a defect bearing. They will replace it but probably needs to be ordered. Not very nice for a brand new dryer. Also, I sometimes see the remaining time jump a lot. Once I saw it go up from a few minutes to 1:30! I checked the washing and it was indeed still pretty wet so...

I also bought the active care set. Does anybody else experience some noise when running the dryer? It sounds like something doesn't turn well, the motor or bearing? Other then that I think it is a great set.
