Hi, Thinking of having my ROM in Dec this year...after reading thru the threads..still quite confuse where to go.. Planning it to be outdoor for abt 30pax++.. budget a bit tight...abt $1000-$1200 (for everything..gown..makeup..) any recommendations? thanx
