sabrina, ECC provides diploma course? because i cant find courses stated in their website.

Hi all, I am currently an ITE student graduating in March. I am very interested in taking a diploma in ECH but called up NP and they said they have not & dont intend to take in ITE cert. So i found RTRC. anyone studied there before? the certificate is approved in MOE right?
