hey forest.. if u do not haf any designs in ur mind, go for OTR as OTRs can provide a wide range of choices..if u haf seen anywhere some designs (for instance u like a certain top and bottom to be pieced 2gether into a gown) u may wan to go for MTM so dat the designer can do it for u.. i...
