Most chinese restaurants have private rooms. Tong Le Private dinning is nice and exclusive and food presentation is fantastic but quite costly. Lei garden, wah Lok etc also have private rooms. Check out those chinese restaurants housed in hotels
Some of my friends also skipped the gatecrash. They checked in one night earlier to hotel and fetched bride from hotel. Seems weird to leave the house together... Since there’s no gatecrash, photographer and videographer just focus on the fetching and tea ceremony.
The photoshoot is done entirely in their Singapore studio. They do not do outside shoot. I just went for mine a week ago. If you dun mind indoor and love the convenience then I think it’s a good choice. My HTB loves the aircon and we were able to complete the shoot in half a day.

Actually booking separately will usually cost more, just that you get to choose everything you want. Taking package will be fuss free and cheaper but restricted to the options they offer: gowns, suits, PG, MUA, flowers
