Hi guys I remeasured the dress, the underboob is 24inches and waist is abt 23.5inches.

I had the dress altered to a smaller fit of 30/31-24-34, and had the inner tulle cut for a height of 1.62m. The outer layer of organza was not touched. This way, even if you are taller/shorter, you can sit wear the gown since the outer layer stacks out nicely.
