Hi sxsy16, hired a band for my wedding! Didn't have to arrange for meals in my instance. But for my photographer/videographer, ordered them a set meal from the hotel prior to our dinner. Hope this helps!

Hello @ginahuang, best if u ask them when the next show is. Agree with u that if u release it u might not get it, have u made Ur downpayment? Think can't change after making it. I was lucky that the wedding show was near the time I was going to book.
