    Can i cancel my banquet if i have paid deposit but yet to sign contract?

    Anyone knows if I can cancel the banquet and get back the deposit if I have paid the deposit but yet to sign the contract? We only paid the deposit last week. We only signed an agreement doc during the wedding show but not the actual banquet contract.
