Hiyaz, the TCM tablets is run as a progm also.. i dun think they sell a la carte.. esp to new customers.. well my 1st round on powder is quite good abt 3.5kg.. but the later on was better la.. TCM i like is it does help me with my sleep and weight and tiao li..

My mom jus started the progm, is yr mom on cholesterol pills? She is thinking if she should cut her medications while on the progm.. so far weight loss is quite good for her.. approx 1.3kg in the first week.. gonna ask them abt the meds.. your mom?

Yea = yes. Myself & my mom didn't get any discomfort or tummy aches, not sure about u tho.. Yes we can have some cheats occasionally. My mom cooks our favorite fish stew so we have no issues on that. :)
