SMC was my first choice. Ballroom is a perf square, awesome holding area, solo ballroom, very friendly coordinator (in fact I think they are the best from my hotel hunt). If not for the minimium tables for Saturday (35,they downed to 32) I would have booked them.

Don't worry... so far none of the hotel impose surcharge. And you can check out those hotels that have not even open their 2017 rates (maybe can reg interest first) two of which I was eyeing were holiday Inn and crowne plaza. Booked mine with novotel ;)
