I'm Jan'15 BTB too and I'm currently sourcing for PG and VG now... it's not too early to book and like RS said, best to quickly secure once you've found the one. Out of those that I enquired, a few are already engaged for my date, so gotta move quickly!!

I'm having my wedding lunch at Concorde, decided that the ballroom is worth it!! The exterior is old looking with all the pubs there, but they're building an escalator that goes directly to the hotel from the street level, so that's alright... I don't think the ballroom is that hard to find...

I know a freelancer who does it for much less..

Mine's on Jan 4. I already have my wedding bands as I'm having my ROM earlier :) So am looking at PG + VG first now.. hope to find those together, better chemistry I think, though it might be a little hard to find a VG who can do express SDE for wedding lunch. A little brush does have nice...

Can I know which BS did you go to? Are their gowns nice? Thinking of going to have a look..

does your hotel provide canapes? mine only has soft drinks during reception... want to do dessert table so that guests have sth to munch on while waiting... some of the websites i came across have min order of $700 - $1000... Anyone else here have recommended vendor or also planning on doing...

I'd like a candy or dessert table too!! But thinking whether worthwhile to hire someone or save $ by DIY-ing lol... some of the companies that specialises in dessert tables are very expensive!!!!

I was also looking at this list too, however I saw that some of the dates in this list doesn't match auspicious dates at other websites. So I checked this online Chinese calendar and found that some dates like Jan 10 2015 is actually inauspicious! So I don't know how accurate is this list...
