U shld chk with the venue coordinator. For some hotels, it is in charge by them but you haf to do a rundown with them beforehand. Else, u can allocate it to one of the xd.

I think having a backup is dependent on the no. of guests expected as well n personal preference. From what I checked prev, there is package of $888 for WG, groom suit, hair n makeup from BS. AD photography is dependent on how many hrs you expecting. U haf to factor in hand bouquet, floral...

My package, managed to nego inclusive of AD photography. But some ppl do prefer their own photographers. I'm still deciding if to hire another photographer for backup.
