Talk to them via call or arrange a meetup if possible, there are other coordinators who can help too. Follow up with them on weekly basis to let them know it's urgent and you need their answer to arrange flights and accommodation. Check with them if can change to Korea which might be a better...

I have some issue with them late Jan (before CNY) due to some miscommunication from their newbie, very ridiculous (he arranged gown selection on 4 Mar and pws on 9 Mar). I was rather upset and puzzled, but inform my coordinator who was on ML and the recovery service is good. Upon the meetup...

I signed with them due to the attractive package. Hope they will do a good job to gain the market share. Been to their studio and gown is new and spacious, unlike those which i have been to.
