Yeah the ambience is really nice & most importantly it fits our budget. But the downside is there's no aircon & if it rains, we are doom!

That's really nearing. I haven't started on anything except JP & venue with verbal booking cause they didn't allow us to book more than a year ahead. So we can only pay the deposit in oct.
