hi meandtim, i heard the ROM ceremony is about 30 mins so you need to start by 10.30am...finish by 11am. If you have the budget, why not do a small cocktail or drink thingy b4 lunch... and try to ask SMC if they can allow your guest to go for buffet 'lil bit earlier? I think Huixian can...

Hiya, yes, i checked it out too. But they quoted me a min. of $3500 spending to use the room for ROM and 4-course dinner. To rent the room alone will also cost $3500. really cut-throat pricey!! Am considering Swissotel Merchant Court Poolside. Any recommendation?
