Just had our ROM on 1/12/20. We managed to engage Mr. Tam Chee Wah and he was amazing. First attended a close friend’s wedding solemnised by him last year, and was so impressed by his wit and personality, that my hubby and I decided that we had to engage him for ours. ((:
