    ya lor... that one trip alone cost me $12. Another $12 just to get the Q no. And they dont accept other colour background photos except for blue. sigh...So sad that the system is still inefficient. btw, happy long weekend everyone!

    hi ya! just came in the office... Yup Anne, my unit is at TP, a 4-rm at blk 141, 14th flr. I would think it's quite reasonable. Near to MRT , Central & wet market too. The 3-rm that we saw was already going for $200k, and not high floor too.

    Susan, actually planning to purchase only within the next 6 months. Area within Toa Payoh (MIL is old oredi) But gatal, so went to see about 5 units and decided on the last one we saw. Kinda felt a bit too rush but "kiasu" mah, so quickly sign & paid the deposit =)

    wow! no wonder, the high floors really makes a lot of difference! Half a mil! My friend just bought a 5-rm at TP, but only 2nd flr at $378k. Well maintained and not much reno, just some paint work.

    but $150k is a lot wor... oh gosh... i just recently put down a deposit to buy a flat at $334.5k and i wasn't aware that the interest can accumulate to that much! oh dear, anyone can enlighten me on the calculation? i dont wanna be in debt till i'm old and wrinkly!
