Hi guys Do you all need to apply for reno permit to install window grilles at the service yard? Cos my window contractor say no need but I checked with HDB officer and it's required. Appreciate if someone can help to clarify this. So confused. Thanks.

Hi all Anyone got their window grilles from "New Harvest Aluminium Works"? I saw it in the pamphlet in the lift. Got HDB licence no but then the name is not the same as the one listed on HDB website. Thanks.

Hi Xiaofeizhu83 I don't think the serta bedsheet is free. Need to pay a special price of $99. The freebies I got is : 1 mattress protector, 1 sheep, 1 pillow, 1 bolster and 1 bench.

Hi Raynard We only got the mattress cos doing platform. Hence the long pillow just nice for leaning against the wall to watch TV. I think we got one free pillow n bolster. So just nice =)
