winningeleven, I think deferment of ROM cert is not a problem. You can back up your receipt for the venue with your ROM registration. I actually submit the deferment for the ROM cert (for both AHG and as required by HDB) in one single email.

Shawn, You are not able to change the toilet tiles as yet because of the waterproofing conditions. The toilets are under "warranty" for three years by the contractor in case of any leaking. You can choose to overlay the tiles instead or wait for three years to hack and relay the tiles...
