for haulage, my ID told me that he wld pay 1st and claim it from me with the reciept... in that way, you can be sure that your ID is quoting you higher than what paid to HDB...

from what i see... think i am the only who hacked the wall so that i can form a L-shaped wardrobe and change the orientation of the MBR door... hee hee... i did that to increase the wardrobe size.. didnt thot of doing up a second wardrobe at the toilet corner... i thot i am last in the forum...

i aldo got toshiba aircon.. and also the panasonic fridge.. by now, i know of a total 5 pple in sembawang green who is using that fridge liao... =)

hmmm.. those who buy aircon from gain city, they only do installation within a day, if need more than that, requires $80 labour charges... but my contractor says 2 days wld be better lei... any views on that??

Hi andrew, I've also gotta a quotation from Image some time back. Their designs are not bad... but as they're out of my budget, we didnt sign up with them. If you havent sign up with them yet, try to bargain and bring down the price. The person i talk to, even give a close to 4K discount...

42K?! probably the materials used for more ex (like marble flooring, all granite top, glass doors and etc...) but it is definitely high price range for a 92sqm flat..
