yup i usually use the eastpoint one too. they are building new design and build flats (DBSS rite?) at Simei Road near the 150-160 flats... but think not so soon only ready in 3 years. I saw some surveyors testing the soil tho.

Ah Mei cafe usually no seats though. Yah my hubby prefers the chicken rice at the centre row. He says the rice is nicer. But I prefer the one at the corner so sometimes we separate to queue, haha!
