lollie, Yup,used the glass hall...the marquee is on one side of the courtyard. Total abt 12k, including deco, food, jazz band, wedding favours and hall rental. I have abt 280 pax..for standing cocktail reception. Think it is cheaper then hotels or country clubs lor.. when did u try...

ladies, my turn to share again....i guess u ladies are talking abt the zi sha guo...i have one at home...go for double boiling...Can also use like a slow cooker... imgaine if you cooking soup, you can put on low fire for 7 hrs..after that it will still be in warming mode for up to 9...

pink bunny, for "toasting" or "roasting" the belacan, dun need to add anything, just use a non-stick pan and "toast" or "roast" it till dry.. wiselyn

ladies, actually, cooking anything with seafood..better to put a bit of ginger...if not got smell...even if making ikan billis, also bit abit of ginger... i like to make seafood soup at home..case easier and tasty..no need to cook other dishes..one soup will do... wiselyn
