Hi Jasmine, Mi getting married next year march... lucky is only simple ROM and no AD... All loans is for the house lor... our aim is to take only maxi 1 year instalment... so still ok... will clear all debts in 1 yr lor... now is that i got alot of thing to spend but no $$ ... somemore mi...

OK!!! after much fight i have finally bought it.... 25k above COV.... it a 31/2 room with 218k valaution.... which alot of ppl say i m crazy to buy it.... i cannot believe it... omg
