jus went down natura loft showroom to see. distance to mrt is horrible. i think is not really walkable. showroom only have 5rooms. looks big but actually not really very big. lots of modification to make it looks big. toilet is nice though.

ya. it will look bad if the additional aircon have another set of wiring and pipping. that why i hope they have option of a system 4. anyone else is thinking of installing aircon for living room too?

Dont they have kind of option to have full aircon? a system 4 instead of system 3. thus we no need install a split system for living room. No sure if the aircon ledge have sufficient space for installing a additional compressor.

still not sure why is 233 a more premium than 231. 231 seems better view other than the lack of a planter in the master room balcony. anyone know?
