hi everyone.. im considering inviting Mr Phua as our solemniser but just wan to check with those who had invited him too... although i read that he can conduct in mandarin, but how was his command of mandarin? as in, the way he reads.. is it fluent or was it like "one piece, one piece"? Thanks!!
