I think most pastors would require u to either be a member of the church, or attend the church's marriage prep course. Advise to contact the pastors listed on the ROM website and seek their advise.

best is to check with your pastor. and usually a pastor from another church won't solemnize a member from another church. You can try JPs who are christians. not affiliated to any church kind.

wanted to go NZ for self drive too..but i'm not confident in hubby's skills..esp if the vehicle break down etc... and it'd be stressful if get lost, etc..so we changing honeymoon destination. haha

5-6 days, can go perth, HK, taiwan, bali. i don't think its worth the air tix to NZ..unless u've the extra cash to spare

Pastors are more than willing to officiate ur wedding outside a church venue. You'd need to first check if your pastor is a licensed JP to be able to officiate your wedding. I'm having a christian wedding at my banquet venue, not at a church, due to logistical reasons. PM me if u wanna know more. :)
