Hi fallingflakes, Mabe cos of the small pic thus it does not show it too well, the green stuff are actually the cement. The hdb contractor did not close up the gaps, and the gaps are so big that dengue mosquitos can breed there. I have no more money to ask my contractor to do it for us...
