Ban Heng Venues don't allow such a small table size. Mine is 12 and they don't accept. You might wanna consider Yan restaurant, Pan Pacific Orchard, Fullerton straits room.

You can consider Pan Pac Orchard too. Max 12 tables but each table can sit up to 12 people.

Hello! I've emailed park hotel Alexandra before. They only do up to 10 tables

So far all the venues that I went to allows meetup during weekends and weekday nights. One of it was as late as 9.15pm. I wonder which hotel coordinator is so unwilling :(

I think if you're alr uncomfortable with them, then don't go for it. It's very importable to trust them and be comfortable around them. Otherwise u might feel unhappy while planning your wedding and also on ur AD
