I've also selected my pics and can't wait to see the final album, which is due end June. I know it's early but at least I can something off my 'to-do' list. Good luck to the rest of the Nov brides on your photoshoot! Weather's been great lately!

Will your MUA be following you during the PS? If so, you don't have to bring the makeup stuff as she will touch up for you. In fact, I didn't bring much stuff because there was simply no time except to drink water.

I'm sure you guys have heard that the new pedestrian bridge has just opened that connect the parks in the west. Perhaps you can take your pre-wedding outdoor pictures there. Unfortunately, I've already taken mine but I think it'd be somewhere different and it's nice too...

Maple, I assume your PG is fully booked on weekends, right? One solution is for the couple to take a day off work on weekday to take the outdoor shoot. I'm sure your PG has free time on weekday afternoon. Then you won't hit 7th month.

    Men suit

My HTB made a woolblend suit at Jimmy's at Toa Payoh recently, together with a cotton cuffed shirt for less than $450. Jimmy's friendly and has good workmanship. Before deciding to hire Jimmy's services, we also went to other tailors, eg Man Tradition at Excelsior, who is very popular and...

I took my pre-wedding outdoor photoshoot yesterday. Thankfully the weather was good. We hired Mabel Lee as our photographer and Angel Chua as my MUA. They were both very helpful, especially helping me with the gowns, touch-up, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves at the Empress Place area...

    Outdoor Photoshoot Locations

Naughtyangel, I don't understand. If the swing has been removed at Alexandra Road, how did you manage to take your pictures sitting on the swing? I would like to take pictures on the swing too but I just want to be sure. As for that wooden big swing, was it taken at Hort Park?

Shermie, Here're some additional stuff that would be of no additional costs to RH. - Waiver of corkage on wines you bring in - More complimentary parking coupons - Extra night stay at hotel - Day room for helpers or room near the banquet hall for you to change into your evening gown -...

    Margaret Brides

Hi all Margaret Brides, I'd like to know if I rent a WG from MB, will she allow me to use that for my pre-wedding outdoor shoot since I may dirty it with the beach et al? Or will it be solely used for my AD? Can anyone enlighten me on that? Thanks!

    Pan Pacific Singapore

Sharene, Hmm...Maybe you can try to argue that they did not inform you on the credit card promotion, which they should have. I feel that as long as you tell them that you're going to use the credit card for full payment, I don't see any reason they would not honour it. Here's the link...

    Pan Pacific Singapore

Hi Dizi, Perhaps you can ask for some free stuff on their wishes, eg free use of projector, free ang bao box, etc. Ensure that everything agreed by them verbally is documented somewhere. In addition, DBS/POSB credit card is having a promotion. Weekday - 1 table free for every 15 tables...
