Hi gals... i finally tendered my resignation last thurs !!! felt so happy after that... i was sick yesterday and call in to my boss to inform her i had one day MC... guess what, she ask if it's becos i tendered my resignation that y i take MC... i was so pissed off... she even ask me...

gals, how u manage to find time for interview in between work?? i just had a new boss and she is quite particular abt leave.. i can't just take leave as and when i want... usually got to plan ahead two weeks time... before the new boss came, i still can take urgent leave to attend...

not really... it also depends on the degree and job experience u have... i started off as hr in govt sector... but private sector dont recognise my years of experience... so sad....
