cheri_evo, mine is a gift. The price is about $600. Personally prefer bagless one coz just pour away n rinse if necessary. Long term, if get those bag one will need to spend additional for the replacements.

jes, majority of my laminates r also white... so can see the joint lines in wood colour. what we have done is to use color markers on the wooden joints or u can use silicone gel to cover those parts.

princesspig, mayb ur contractor din use good quality anti slam hindges. I used normal ones coz i heard feedback dat if poor quality ones r used, eventually the anti slam hindges will lose its function within a short time. Agreed dat neo garden food is not bad. My family has engaged this...

nichiyobi, i am using the magnetic door catch for my main door. jes, my gas heater is in service yard.

jes, i called citygas hotline to order for the water heater. there is installation & piping cost which adds up to $160. Once u turned on ur water heater, u can juz leave it on. Unless u will b away from home for quite some time, den u need to turn off the gas button.

nichiyobi, i also used a contractor & my contractor sub-contract some of his works to others. So we also liaised abit with the sub-contractors. Think ur kitchen cost shld b alrite, mine is more exp.
