Halo Princessie Usually those staying near parents have a higher chance. Buying resale is expensive, especially when seller ask for cash. Also we have to spend more $ on giving commission to agent, renovation...etc. Good point is can choose your choice unit, near parents or of a better...

Question to raise. How come nowadays, BTO project takes so long to built? It used to take 3-4 years, now is like 4-5 years. Cannot imagine if Im planning to have 2 kids within these 4 years, how to squeeze together in a bedroom.
