Hi ning Sometimes I do go for Lo Impact class. Either at Bugis or Woodlands. I been to the one on Tuesday at 7pm. Very packed one. Need to reserve place. Not sure if the female instructor name is Sharon. But its siong but fun lor. Prefer Yoga cos its more relaxing for me.
