Hi JJ, I suggest that you call the coordinator that you liaise with. That's what i did last year. Normally it should take them only about 2 weeks to come up with the actual contract. But they could be super busy now as another wedding show has just finished.

destineez, i guess if you sign up during roadshows or open house, they may throw in extra perks like food tasting for 10pax.
