The smell should be coming from the river. This morning, did not smell anything. On the way to work via TPE heading toward PIE, near the canal beside Lor Halus, I noticed the smell again. Exactly the smell on Monday morning.

There are pros and cons with instant, gas and storage heater. Pros for using gas and storage heater is that the hot/cold water pipes is already run by HDB and conceal. No additional cost involved. Cons are storage heater do use up quite a large amt of electricity to heat up the cold water...

I think the centipede comes with the soil that was used to grow the grass. I agreed that its a lot and may even step on a few while walking from carpark to our blocks. 8-)

Hi, regarding the SCV appt, I was told that they are contractor acting on behalf of SCV to test the points and they are available till this Sat only. I schedule mine on Sat from 10am to 1pm. Hope that info helps.
