ya, contact directly if you are having ur ROM outside. If it is at ROM, then no need get JP. U need to e-file at least 21 days to 3 months before the actual date. When u e-file u need the JP details, so i guess u need to cfm ur JP before e-filing.

I think u can search for the JP contact details on the ROM website. For me, I read the reviews here before deciding
