hi jie, today did my 1st treatment... started with the cold wrap... kaoz it was really shivering cold cos i was fully wrapped and left there to wait for my turn as someone was using the machine lor... does wrapping more layers help? u mean the "gauze" or the "plastic"? i din wrap my back...
