i think scavenger's experience is an isolate case. there are generally very good reviews on pan pac's food and service. most of my guests commented that the food and service was good when i held my wedding there early this year.

hi hl, i oso prefer the blue (bliss ocean) theme but then my EG is blue, so got no choice but to choose the pink theme. yah, the bridal suite is on the 21st level, facing suntec, nothing spectacular.
