hi all, my wedding was over on 04 Jan 2010. overall, i'm very happy with hilton service. My coordinator June,banquet team & AV team were very great. =) The bridal suite is extremely big and after my 2nd day stay i almost dun feel like going home. :P

i specifically asked abt the poolside before i sign on the contract. If it was open to all during my wedding banquet i would have choosen Vista room

hi all, im struck in the same situation too. was upset to hear the pool will be opened to all. This means there will be no exclusivity. My wedding is 2weeks plus away......

hi all, I agree with saggiegirl. we should just continue with our wedding prep. Anyway, we will not be able to cancel our wedding dinner. Just make the best out of it and dun read too much into this unfortunate incident.

ya, there's no basis for us to ask hilton for compensation. The most we can do is to request not to have the same bridal suite (as it is really uncomfortable)... furthermore, my MIL is super ''ban tang'' one...
